Aeonis Bids (the “Service”) is operated by AEONIS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 10001 NW 50th St #104, Sunrise, FL 33351 (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is, and isn't

The Service lets you search government contract opportunities published in public government data (SAM.gov's Contract Opportunities extract, New York City's City Record and the City of Los Angeles RAMP open bids) and can produce AI-generated plain-English summaries of notice text. It is for general information. It is not legal, procurement or financial advice; does not determine whether you are eligible, responsive or responsible for any contract; and does not prepare or submit bids. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with SAM.gov, the U.S. General Services Administration, any city, or any contracting office. No contract or award is promised or implied.

2. Data accuracy

Listings come from public government data and are refreshed regularly, but they may be incomplete, delayed, shortened or out of date, and agencies amend notices and deadlines. Attachments are not included. Always confirm the deadline, set-aside, requirements and submission instructions in the official notice before you rely on them.

3. AI summaries

Summaries are generated by an AI model (Meta Llama, run on Cloudflare Workers AI) from the notice text only. They may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. We remove numbers and dates the model states that don't appear in the notice, but this doesn't make summaries correct. You are responsible for reading the official notice. Use of the AI feature is subject to the Llama Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully. Don't scrape it in bulk, bypass rate limits, resell its output as an official source, or use it to mislead anyone (including charging people for free government registrations). We may limit or block use that burdens the Service or its data sources.

5. Early access

Joining early access is free and creates no obligation. Paid plans are not offered. If we launch them, the price and terms will be shown before purchase and nothing will be charged unless you choose a plan.

5b. Aeonis Bids Pro (when offered)

Pro is a subscription sold through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record. Plans, prices and limits are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your Gumroad receipt or library and keep access until the end of the paid period. Your license key is for your business's use; don't publish it. Monthly AI-summary allowances reset on the 1st (UTC) and unused summaries don't carry over. The business profile "fit check" only compares facts listed in a notice (NAICS code, set-aside, place of performance) with what you entered; it is not an eligibility, size-standard or responsibility determination, and you must read the notice's terms. Amendment flags depend on the agency publishing a new version in the data we receive, so they can lag or miss changes; always check the official notice before you submit. Calendar feeds are private links: anyone with the link can read the feed, so make a new link if it's shared. Calendar apps refresh feeds on their own schedule. If a subscription ends, Pro features stop, calendar feeds pause, and Pro data is deleted after 90 days.

5a. Refunds (for any future paid plan)

If paid plans launch, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. We refund a first payment requested within 14 days, and any charge made in error. Requests: ronald@aeonis.pro.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEONIS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSSES FROM RELYING ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING MISSED DEADLINES, NON-RESPONSIVE BIDS OR LOST CONTRACTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $50.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AEONIS LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
