Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Searches. Your search words and filters are processed to return results. We log only counts of searches with no results (state, NAICS filter and number of words), not your search text. Search URLs contain your filters so you can share them.
• AI summaries. When you ask for a summary, the notice's public text is sent to the AI model; nothing about you is included. Summaries are stored per notice and shown to anyone who asks for that notice.
• Early-access sign-ups. Your email address and, if you've searched, your keywords, state and NAICS code, so future alerts can match them.
• Rate limiting. Your network (IP) address is converted to a salted one-way hash and stored with daily counters. We don't store raw IP addresses.

Pro subscribers

• License key. Stored in your browser's local storage and sent with Pro requests. On our side we keep a one-way hash of it plus an encrypted copy so we can re-check your subscription with Gumroad daily; we also store the plan and purchase email Gumroad returns.
• Your Pro data. Saved searches (name and filters) and the notices a search matched when you last marked it seen; tracked notices and the version you last saw; calendar feeds (name, settings, a random secret link, and when a calendar app last read it); your business profile (NAICS codes, certifications, states); and a monthly count of AI summaries used.
• Payments are handled by Gumroad as merchant of record; we never see your card. Gumroad's privacy policy applies to checkout.
• Pro data is deleted 90 days after a subscription ends, or sooner on request.

Who receives data

Searches run against our own copy of public data; your search text isn't sent to SAM.gov or the cities. The Service runs on Cloudflare (hosting, Cloudflare D1 database, Cloudflare Workers AI for summaries), which may collect cookieless, aggregate page-view statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Links you open (SAM.gov, city portals) are governed by those sites' policies.

Cookies and storage

We don't set cookies. Local storage is used only to remember a Pro license key you enter. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.

International transfers

Cloudflare serves the Service from data centers worldwide, so requests may be processed outside your country.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent personal information, don't use advertising trackers, and only email early-access members about Aeonis Bids, with an unsubscribe link and our postal address in every email.

Retention and your choices

Early-access emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; rate-limit counters are kept for up to 90 days. To access or delete your data, email ronald@aeonis.pro; we respond within 30 days. The Service is not directed at children under 13.
